Over the years, ACM SIGKDD India Chapter (IKDD) has been organizing various community building events and programs such as the annual Data Science in India workshop co-organized with KDD, ML Summer School and the Uplink program. Continuing the journey, we are organising a Data Science Meetup series aimed at bringing together data science researchers and practitioners that share common interests.
The virtual meet-up on "Enhancing India's Ecosystem for Generative AI Innovation" is scheduled to happen on Jul 5 2024, 6 - 8.30 PM.

- Entrepreneurs/Industry practitioners (i.e. product, engineering) working to integrate these models into their product workflows
- Graduate or senior undergraduate students who are interested or actively doing projects using VLMs/MLMs
Note: Participation is free but invite-only due to the limited capacity. Preference would be given to students, researchers, and practitioners working on generative AI/ multimodal LLMs.
