Camera Ready Instructions

Step 1: Rights Review

  • You and/or your co-authors should soon receive (or would already have received) an email from ACM Rights Review (rightsreview@acm.org) with a link to the electronic ACM copyright-permission form(s) to be completed.
    * NOTE: As rights management emails are sent from an automated system, there is a chance that emails sent will wind up in SPAM folders. Please make sure that you and your authors set email SPAM settings to allow emails from "rightsreview@acm.org". Please fill the rights management forms immediately after getting them.
  • After completing the rights management form, the authors will be emailed a copy of the form and the unique rights management text for their paper. Please note that there are two different instructions for Word and LaTeX template users: https://www.acm.org/publications/authors/submissions.
  • Authors MUST add the correct ACM rights management text to the first page of the paper. Incorrect rights statement found on a paper will be returned to you for correction. This will unfortunately, cause delay in posting the entire conference proceedings in the ACM Digital Library, so please take care of the details.

Step 2: Preparing Camera-Ready Paper

Formatting
All authors are directed to this page for the new proceedings templates and the CCS2012 guide: https://authors.acm.org/proceedings/production-information/taps-production-workflow . The page contains further links to prepare your article with LaTeX or Word. The Primary article templates and workflow are to be used in conjunction with the ACM e-Rights System and the ACM CCS 2012 Author Support Tool found in the ACM Digital Library.

Questions regarding the ACM authoring templates MUST be referred to the ACM TeX support team at Aptara, at acmtexsupport@aptaracorp.com

Paper length
The following are the page limits that should be strictly followed when preparing the camera-ready submission:

  • Research Track and ADS track: Should not exceed 8 pages, plus 2 pages for references.
  • Demo Track: Should not exceed 4 pages, plus unlimited pages containing only references. A URL to screenshots or a 2.5-minute youtube video showing the demo or link to an online version of the software in deployment should be present in the main content.

Step 3: Uploading Camera-Ready Paper to ACM

Authors are required to upload their source files directly to The ACM Production System (TAPS). The instructions for uploading will be received by email after completing Step 1.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in this regard. If you have any further questions on your final camera-ready submissions, please do not hesitate to contact the proceedings co-chairs at [tidhamecha AT gmail DOT com, subhajit DOT datta AT gmail DOT com].
